UPDATE 10/28/22 (on Ambiance): remember that note about giving it a 3 for it being a throughway/for not cutting it? Well, I had to go back to this Cinnabon for something, and they did it—they locked the west entrance so folks couldn’t pass through. How sad. Consider the rating changed.
