UPDATE 3/24/2022: I called to ask about their roaster for their coffees, and I was informed that they got rid of their espresso bar about six months ago. They still serve hot coffee—beans from Otus Coffee—but they got rid of their espresso machine. I’m distraught…

  • This drink—with any milk you want, so I got oat—is the hands-down best cappuccino in Orlando. Without an ounce of a doubt. Complete fact. How can I make myself more clear? I was tempted by the “Drink Specials: Comfy Coconut Latte and Spring Frost Latte.” Ultimately, I went classic (aside from the milk choice), and I am so glad I did. I took so many pictures of this absolute beauty (see the vanity shoot below). It came out in a clean and subtly mint cup and saucer. I honestly didn’t want to drink it, but I wanted to drink it. Spoiler Alert: I drank it. Heart Coffee Roasters’s Stereo Blend restored my soul. Their tip jar had a blue mug cut out from paper stuck to it that read, “Thanks-a-latte.” Took the words right out of my mouth.

Condensing my thoughts on this place (as I have sent many since this visit): Niche, very specific hours, fave cappuccino in the area ❤️

And, because this would absolutely be a 5/5 (technique was on point, milk was like velvet, proportions were perfect, presentation was stunning, etc.), I’m going to boldly adjust my initial rating.
