Bubble & Co.

10/16/21 UPDATE: Dragged my dad here—I was still dead set on trying that raspberry croissant—and it was magnificent. They have a rewards program now! Pumpkin spice sunflower.

12/23/2021 UPDATE: Circled back for the black sesame milk tea with almond milk, no sweetness, and no ice. And boy, did they deliver. Literally all almond milk and flavor. No one has ever granted my no ice request without an upcharge, and I’m now in love.

1/14/22 UPDATE:

Had a 15% off so decided to pop in! Got their espresso brown sugar milk tea with no added sugar and oat milk. It seems like every time I come back here there is something new! This time it was the bubble waffles push (because I think they may have had these before, I just never noticed them).

"As I'm thinking and writing it, you're getting it!!" mix and watch as it changes colors ooooo ahhhh overcame fire

UPDATE 3/1/2022: They sent me a coupon for $3 off a build your own bubble waffle, so, I thought, why not?

  1. Base: Chocolate Chip=$4.30

  2. Topping: Hazelnut Spread=$1.5

  3. Ice Cream: Cookies & Cream=$2

  4. Fruits/Candies": Strawberry and Pocky Stick (Strawberry)=$1.5

  5. Finisher: Chocolate Sauce=$0.50

The total was $7.24 with the $3 off. For some reason, she gave it to me in a to-go box. No idea why, but I ate the whole thing while I sat and wrote. She also served it with a fork despite the ice cream and sauce (requiring a spoon) and a knife (to assist with pulling apart the waffle). Was it fun? Sure. Would I get it again? Negative. My favorite part was the hazelnut spread, and frankly, I’d be just as good (if not better off) with some whole grain toast and Nutella.
